It's time to add officers.
Please use the nomination form in the bulletin to recommend potential officers to the Elders. As mentioned in the business meeting on May 2, 2010, please speak to any candidate for any office (especially Elder) before you nominate them. All candidates should be willing before they are approached by the Board of Elders.
As mentioned, here is the document on elections, and the qualifications of Elders, in both Word and PDF format.
